Jiao Ma Gan Jian

Prepare relevant ingredients.

Boil the cooked pork liver in slices, boil it in water for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and remove it for later use.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the pepper and sesame pepper until fragrant. Add pork liver, cooking wine and stir-fry for a few times, then add salt, thirteen incense, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir well.

Tips:
The sliced liver must be boiled in water for 2 minutes to allow the liver to absorb some water, and the fried liver will taste good.
