Celery Pork Liver Congee

1. Pick celery, wash and chop.

2. Cooked pork liver slices.

3. The rice is washed clean.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil over high heat and cook in medium to small simmers.

5. Cook until the rice blossoms and is ripe.

6. Add celery first.

7. Add cooked pork liver and cook for two minutes.

8. Season with a little salt and serve.
