Mustard Rice

1. Boil the mustard greens, wring them out, and cut them into thin strips.

2. Put the rice in an electric pressure cooker and cook it.

3. Dice the soaked shiitake mushrooms and the carrots, add them to the rice and fry them together.

4. Drizzle with a little cooked oil, stir in green onions and celery.
