Mustard Soup

Wash mustard greens and cut diagonally into small sections, and slice ginger;

Add 2 egg liquids to half a spoon of salt, mix well and set aside;

Put enough water, ginger slices and a small amount of oil in the pot and bring to a boil;
4.
Add the mustard greens after the water is boiled, boil the water again and cook for five minutes;
5.
Add half a spoon of salt, then pour in the eggs, stir with chopsticks and turn off the heat. Simple and delicious!
