"Seasonal vegetables" are seasonal vegetables in season. The small peppers and tomatoes used in this fried noodle dish are also added with shredded pork and mustard. The taste is quite delicious.

Fried Noodles with Seasonal Vegetables

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: pasta, pork, small peppers, tomatoes, mustard

2. Shred pork and mustard

3. Wash tomatoes and small peppers and cut into strips

4. Boil water in a pot, put in the dough and cook

5. Remove and drain the water for later use

6. Hot oil, sautéed chives

7. Add pork shreds and fry until white

8. Add mustard shreds and stir well, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce

9. Add small peppers and stir well, add salt to taste

10. Put in spare noodles

11. Low heat, stir evenly with chopsticks

12. Add tomatoes

13. Stir-fry and turn off the heat

14. Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste

Tips:

1. These little peppers have only a clear fragrance, no spicy taste;
2. After the noodles are put into the pot, use a low heat to prevent the bottom from sticking.
