When making dishes like kidney beans, you must ensure that the kidney beans are cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten, because the “fried” kidney beans should not be cooked thoroughly, so before frying the dishes, the kidney beans must be used with a little more oil. Stir-fry until cooked through, then stir-fry for seasoning.

Stir-fried String Beans with Minced Meat

1. Wash the kidney beans

2. Remove and drain the water

3. Cut the pork into crumbles

4. Pickled mustard, peeled, washed and diced

5. Put oil in the pot, use a little more oil, heat up, add the green beans and stir fry

6. Stir-fried until the kidney beans are dehydrated and collapsed, and the surface has wrinkles

7. Put it in a bowl and set aside

8. Leave the bottom oil in the pan, fry the chives and ginger, add the minced meat and stir fry until the minced meat is whitish in color

9. Add mustard diced and stir fry evenly

10. Cooking wine

11. Add some soy sauce

12. Add spare kidney beans and stir fry

13. Add a pinch of salt to add seasoning

14. Stir-fry and turn off the heat

15. Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste

Tips:

1. Because you put mustard and soy sauce, you should put less salt in the last.
2. You can also choose beef for minced meat.
