Mustard Tofu Soup

Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in brine for later use.

After the sea fish is cleaned, marinate with a little salt and thirteen incense for later use.

Heat the oil pan and fry the sea fish until it is browned and fry the other side.

Put the ginger in at about the same time.

After frying for a while, pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and boil on high heat for about half an hour. Turn to medium heat for about ten minutes.

Boil the mustard greens on high heat.

After the mustard greens are softened, add the tofu and boil.

Just cook for a while and then add a little salt and pepper to turn off the heat.
