Since the time in the morning is always tight, I try to prepare as much as possible the night before for breakfast the next day. My family likes noodles very much, but I always feel tired when kneading noodles. This was the first time I found something for sale at RT-Mart, so I bought it without hesitation. I cut a cube of meat, and when I cooked the taro in a pressure cooker the night before, I steamed the meat by the way. The next morning, I fried it with seafood and bean paste and put it on the fire. It is a favorite of my family, and I myself. I feel pretty good.

1. Ingredients map

2. Finely chop the steamed white meat and finely chop the green onion and ginger

3. Put a little vegetable oil in the pot

4. Add green onion and ginger until fragrant

5. Stir fry with minced meat

6. Stir fry with mustard shreds

7. A spoonful of bean paste

8. Leftover chopped green onion

9. Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well to turn off the heat

10. Turn the pan on a low heat, put the fire in to bake, turn over frequently

11. Take it out and cut it open with a knife, not to the end

Tips:

1. White meat does not need to be peeled. Steaming first and then frying, save time, it's crispy and delicious;
2. When the fire is hot, it must be low and turned frequently.
