Muxi Shrimp Balls

Main ingredients: shrimp, eggs, black fungus, carrots

Cut the back of the shrimp and remove the black shrimp string. Then wash the shrimps, add an appropriate amount of water starch, gently grab evenly and syrup.

Cut the carrots and green onions for later use.

Wash the black fungus with soaking hair.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid.

Boil water in a pot, add the starched shrimps and blanch for 1 minute, then remove the shrimp balls and serve.

Heat oil, add egg mixture and fry until cooked, set aside.

Add shrimp balls and eggs.

1. Eggs can also be fried into omelets, or fried into egg cubes.
