One egg, one ham, one toothpick

After the ham sausage is opened, leave two fingers wide on the top and cut the bottom part in half

Fold the sliced ham back into a heart shape (the upper part is in the circle), and fix it on the bottom with a toothpick

In a hot pan, fry the same amount of oil as poached eggs, put the ham in, low heat

Break the egg into the skin, open it and put it in the ham, sprinkle a little salt on it. The ham is salty and does not require salt. You can put a little bit of cumin if you like it! Wait for the egg to solidify slightly

This is how the egg is solidified and turned over. If the salt is heavy, you can put salt on both sides. I made the baby with less salt on one side.

Tips:
The ham sausage must be cut to the same size as possible. The pan for frying the poached egg does not need to be washed, it can be eaten with stir-fry
