My Delicious Bento: Mango Milk Cake

Scoop out the mango with a spoon.

Appropriate amount of soft white sugar.

A moderate amount of milk.

Beat into a delicate mango milk paste.

Stir into a thick mango paste.

Brush cooking oil inside the mold, scoop it into the silicone mold with a small spoon and chopsticks. Pause a few times to make the air burst out. Steam on a drawer for 15 minutes. Take out and let cool and demould.

Tips:
1. Be careful when demoulding, let cool and demould. But it can't be demoulded too late. I first demould a few to take pictures, and after taking pictures, the others couldn't take off, and the molds were glued to them 😅.
2. Be sure to put a layer of cooking oil on the mold.
