N. Simple Crispy Potatoes

1. Wash the small potatoes and steam them for about 10-15 minutes.

2. Steam to the point where the toothpicks can penetrate the small potatoes, and take them out for use.
(Don’t steam it too much)

3. Put a small amount of oil in the pan.

4. After the oil is hot, add small potatoes.

5. Fry slowly over low heat. Fry until golden on both sides.

6. When you fry it until you turn it over, the potatoes will feel burnt. The color in the video is the best (not battered). This is the outer burnt and inner tender.

7. Turn off the heat, add cumin, chili noodles, light soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Mix well. (If you like sweet and sour taste, add appropriate amount of sugar and vinegar)

8. Put in shallots.

9. Mix well.

Tips:
