Nanchang Fried Noodle

1. Prepare 500 grams of rice noodles.

2. Boil water in a pot, put the rice noodles in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes on high heat.

3. Turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Pour the cooked rice noodles into cold water and rinse. The standard for cooked rice noodles is that you can pinch them off with a little force. Don't overcook it, or it will be cut off when you fry.

7. Tear the cabbage into pieces.

11. After the eggs are cooked, add garlic seeds, fungus and cabbage and stir-fry until 8 minutes are cooked.

12. Pour the rice noodles, turn off the heat, add salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to taste. Stir evenly.
