Net Red Black Rice Mango Cheese Toast

Soak the black rice two hours in advance after washing.

After boiling water, add black rice and cook. (The amount of water must be less than usual for cooking rice).

Add condensed milk to the boiled black rice.

Stir the black rice and condensed milk evenly.

Add milk and white sugar to the cheese, stir and mix for later use.

Take out the toast and spread a thick layer of black rice with condensed milk.

Put a layer of toast and spread a layer of cheese sauce. Dice the mango and set aside on the cheese sauce.
