Net Red Cocoa Towel Roll
1.
Prepare the dough materials.
2.
Stir the milk with white sugar until the melted butter is heated in a microwave oven on medium heat or over water to melt.
3.
Add eggs and stir well.
4.
Sift in the medium powder and cocoa powder, and stir until there are no particles.
5.
Add butter and stir well.
6.
After filtering with a sieve, let it stand for 20 minutes.
7.
Heat a non-stick pan on low heat, use a large spoon to scoop a large spoon in the middle and then turn the pan to distribute the cocoa paste evenly. I used a soup spoon.
8.
When there are big bubbles in the dough, it will be almost done. After another 20 or 30 seconds, turn the pan over, and the dough will fall down by itself (the dish will be caught below).
9.
The noodles are spread out and wait to cool down.
10.
The dough is almost cooled, and the filling can be made. Add 200 grams of whipped cream to 20 grams of white sugar to beat.
11.
I used 4 sheets of dough, of course you can use 5 sheets, depending on your personal preference.
12.
Spread cream and sprinkle with honey adzuki beans.
13.
Fold the edges as shown in the figure.
14.
Roll up from the first one.
15.
Roll to the end.
16.
Sprinkle cocoa powder with a sieve and it's done.
Tips:
If the pan is not that easy to demould, it is best to use a brush dipped in a little butter and brush in the pan. This is super easy to demould, but don't brush too much.
