Net Red Milkshake Bread

First, make the medium type dough, mix the milk, water, and yeast until the yeast melts, add high-gluten flour, knead the dough, and ferment to 2.5-3 times the size.

Tear the fermented medium dough into small pieces, then add all the ingredients of the main dough except the butter, knead it to the expansion stage, add the softened butter and knead it to the fully expanded stage, take it out and put it on the chopping board and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
