Nettle Leaf Curry Beef Sauce

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Heat up half a tablespoon of oil in a wok, add onion and garlic and fry for a few minutes until soft.

The nettle leaves are blanched and chopped.

Add the onions and stir fry for 2 minutes, then serve.

Put another 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok, add beef mince and stir fry.

After the minced beef has changed color, add curry powder, chili sauce and beef juice and stir well.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Add onion nettle leaves and stir-fry well.

Add cornstarch to the water and mix well. Pour it into the pot with the cream and mix well.
10.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, and finally try and season.
Tips:
Don't pick wild vegetables close to the roadside, because the pollution is too great.
