New Orleans Chicken Thigh Pizza

After mixing the flour with sugar, salt and yeast, knead the dough with the oil method until the gluten expansion stage.

1. Adjust the baking temperature and time according to your own oven.
2. The water absorption of flour is different according to the actual situation.
3. I like the aroma of pizza grass, so I added a small spoonful to the dough, you can omit the ones you don't like.
4. I use the pizza sauce I made myself, if I don’t have one, I can use the pizza sauce or tomato sauce sold in the supermarket instead.
5. Because the diced chicken has not been roasted in advance, it should be cut slightly smaller. If you like a large piece of taste, the marinated chicken thigh should be roasted first.
6.If you like a long drawing effect, you can sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on the surface.
