New Orleans Fried Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings and tie them with a toothpick

Marinate with New Orleans ingredients for half an hour

Put the chicken wings and seasoning together in a bag and put it in the refrigerator. (I refrigerated for 12 hours)

Take it out of the refrigerator and heat the oil to 50% and fry for about ten minutes, then cook to 70% and fry until golden on both sides. Remove and drain the oil.
