New Orleans Grilled Chicken Pizza

Prepare the dough ingredients.

Heat the milk to about 38 degrees, add the yeast, and let it rest for ten minutes.

Use chopsticks to stir into flakes.

Knead the delicate dough with your hands until the three light (pot light, hand light, dough light).

Cover with plastic wrap, ferment to twice the size, insert it with your hands, and do not retract. After you pull the dough, you can see the honeycomb-like tissue in the dough.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small pieces.
