New Orleans Grilled Chicken Wings Simplified Version

I bought a 1kg bag of chicken wings and asked the boss to cut them all up. The wing roots are too tight. I will use it for cola chicken wings next time. I didn't follow the recipe for the marinade, just thicken the seasoning, otherwise it won't taste good.

Shred the green onion and ginger, and add a spoonful of cooking wine and oil. Cooking wine to remove fishy, the oil is to make the chicken wings taste good. If you want, you can cut some shredded onions in.
