New Orleans Grilled Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on each side.
2.
Barbecue material and water are generally 1:1.
3.
Mix the barbecue ingredients and water and stir well.
4.
Pour the chicken wings into the sauce and mix evenly, cover them with plastic wrap, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for 12-24 hours. Turn it 2-3 times during this period to make the chicken wings more delicious.
5.
Place the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray (you can put tin foil on the baking tray). Preheat the oven and heat it at 190 degrees for 20 minutes (take out the sauce and brush it again).
6.
To increase the fragrance, I sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake it for another 5 minutes. OK! You can enjoy it!
Tips:
1. It is best not to increase the proportion of water added, so as not to affect the taste and quality of the barbecue.
2. The best time to marinate the chicken wings is more than 12 hours. I marinated for 24 hours and turned it twice to make it more delicious.
3. Tin foil can be placed on the baking tray to avoid the trouble of washing dishes.
