New Orleans Grilled Wings

Wash chicken wings.

Slash twice on the back with a knife.

Add New Orleans powder, depending on your taste and the amount of chicken wings, as indicated on the package.

Put on disposable gloves and give the chicken wings a 5-minute massage to taste.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 10 hours, preferably overnight.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray.

Arrange the chicken wings evenly. I grilled the chicken thighs by the way and made PIZZA.

Preheat the oven to 180 or 200 degrees, depending on the power of the oven and the size of the chicken wings. Bake for 20-30 minutes. My chicken wings are relatively large. I bake them for 30 minutes. My oven is a large Siemens oven and used 190 degrees.
9.
Prepare the honey water, and brush the honey water once in the last 5 minutes.
