New Orleans-grilled Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings, then rub a few small eyes on the chicken wings with a toothpick (this is so delicious~).
2.
Take the New Orleans marinade in the recipe and mix it with water to make the marinade.
3.
Put the chicken wings in the marinating water, and marinate them evenly~ Marinate it for 2 hours, (at least half an hour) in the middle, remember to turn the chicken wings over so that they are evenly coated.
4.
Spread tin foil (tinfoil paper) on the baking tray, and then brush it with some oil (vegetable oil will do).
5.
Then put the marinated chicken wings on top.
6.
Before baking, preheat the oven at 220°C (empty baking) for 5 minutes, and then put it in for baking. Bake chicken wings at 220°C for 10 minutes.
7.
While grilling the chicken wings, find some honey and mix it with a little bit of water (either honey or not).
8.
Take out the chicken wings that have been roasted for 10 minutes (no need to turn them over), and brush the honey water on the chicken wings. (The honey water is to make the grilled wings more shiny and also bring a little honey. Taste. But in fact, it does not matter if you don’t brush it). Then bake the wings and bake them at 220°C for 10 minutes.
9.
Boom! Boom! ! The grilled wings are out! ! The aroma is tangy~~
10.
Haha~~Alright, you can eat~~(The thinner marinade in the middle is burnt, and it has something to do with the roasted wing wood...)
