New Orleans Grilled Wings

Wash the chicken wings and mark the front and back twice

Drain the water, add 2 tablespoons of New Orleans seasoning and an appropriate amount of rice wine, and mix well.

Marinate for 2-3 hours

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, and lay the marinated chicken wings flat on the tin foil. Bake for about 30 minutes, turn over twice halfway, and repeat the marinated sauce until the chicken wings are squeaky and the chicken fat comes out from the knife mark.

The finished product is sprinkled with dried coriander for garnish
