New School Sauerkraut Boiled Sea Bass

Prepare the ingredients: sea bass, kimchi, coriander, chili, and ginger.

Clean the sea bass with a knife, rub the fish body with ginger, salt and cooking wine, marinate for 15 minutes and set aside

Add oil in a clean pot, add ginger, garlic, and Zhitian pepper to fry until fragrant

Add chopped sauerkraut and fry until fragrant, add water, add fish, whichever is less than half of the fish body, add sugar for freshness, add a small amount of black pepper
5.
Bring to a high heat and turn to medium heat for ten minutes, open the lid, add salt and chicken powder, turn off the heat
6.
Sprinkle the coriander on the platter (this is my finished picture, not very beautiful, hehe!)
Tips:
Choose fresh materials, proper heat, and don’t overcook them.
