New Year's Eve Buns
1.
Put a little warm water in a bowl, dilute the yeast, sugar, baking powder, and pour white flour and corn flour into the cutting board. Open the middle of the flour. Add two egg yolks, pour in the yeast water, and evenly mix the egg yolks with the yeast water by hand Stir well, make the dough, and let it rise for 15 minutes! (I added less corn flour, and the color of the dough is a bit light!)
2.
Take two appropriate amounts of dough, roll out the dough and cut into two with a knife!
3.
Use a comb to press out the lines on the four doughs!
4.
Lay out the four dough pieces one by one, take a jujube and put it aside, roll it up!
5.
Roll up, arrange the petals!
6.
Take two doughs, roll out the dough, cut into four quarters, and eight slices!
7.
Use a comb to press out the lines on one side of the triangle, and press them all!
8.
Take the dough and go up the extra side nest!
9.
Pack the jujube, and pack it all!
10.
Set it up!
11.
Then take an appropriate amount of dough, roll it into a round, and cut eight leaves with a knife to make the base leaves!
12.
Use your hands to pinch the edges along one side!
13.
Use a comb to make all the lines!
14.
Brush a little water on the base of the base, and the jujube steamed buns are well fixed.
15.
Set everything up and wake up for 15 minutes a second time. Steam on the pot for 15 minutes!
Tips:
Don’t use egg yolk and corn flour if you find it bothersome!
