Go to a container, scald it with boiling water, and dry it.

Peel the purple garlic, wash it, and dry it.

Pour rice in the bottle and seal it well.

Laba garlic must be made on Laba’s day, sealed and opened until the dumplings are eaten on New Year’s Eve. Dip dumplings, it's delicious.
