New Year’s Eve Dinner Quickly Steamed Vegetables: Guoqiao Tofu

Prepare the ingredients you need in advance.

Prepare a little garlic moss to wash and drain.

Wash the millet spicy and cut into circles for later use.

Chop the lean pork into minced meat for later use.

Beat an egg in a bowl, use chopsticks to break up the fascia, add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Pour a little cooking oil into the pot, add the minced meat and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little thirteen incense.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.

Pour in the cut garlic moss and stir-fry evenly and set aside for later use.

First put the tofu upside down on the plate and put it in the shape of a bridge. Some of my plates are small, and the shape of the bridge is not very obvious. Then pour the whipped egg liquid on the plate.

Put the plate into the steamer and cover with the lid. After steaming on medium and low heat, continue to steam for 8-10 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid.

After the tofu is steamed, put the fried minced meat on the egg and start eating with rice. You can also make a shape you like~ Tofu and eggs are super tender~
Tips:
1. Find a larger plate. The plate must be a little deeper. Cut off the four corners of the box of tofu from the bottom to facilitate the complete pour out.
2. The steaming time should not be too long, it is easy to get old.
