New Year’s Feast: Thai Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Wash the prawns with clean water and cut off the long hairs.

Use scissors to make a small opening on the back, and use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread.

Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, salt, green onion and ginger for 15 minutes.

Boil the oil to 60% heat and fry the marinated prawns until they change color. Remove and set aside.
5.
Mix the Thai sweet chili sauce, sugar, white vinegar and water into the soup. After a little oil in the pot is hot, add the soup to a boil.
6.
Pour in the fried shrimp and stir fry out of the pan.
