No Appetite? Try Some Pickled Konjac Duck

Cut the duck into pieces, pour it into the pot, add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add two spoons of cooking wine and one old ginger. After blanching, remove it for later use.

Cut the konjac into pieces and set aside.

Tips:
