No-bake Cocoa Cheese Dessert
1.
A person who loves life and cooks ❤️. I don't like it too sweet. I only put about 10g in the mix, and sprinkled some icing sugar on the surface, so the sweetness is just right.
2.
1. Choose the biscuits you like. Oreos and whole grain biscuits are generally used. I dislike the calories of these two products. I use milk breakfast biscuits.
3.
2. Use your imagination, just smash the biscuits. I use the smashing method (actually I am too lazy to wash the cooking machine), I don't think it is too broken and delicious.
4.
3. Soften the butter with water, and mix well with the biscuits. Three circles from the left and three circles on the right. Let's do exercises.
5.
4. Pour the mixed mixture into the mold and press the top with a spatula to make it flat and even. Keep in the refrigerator.
6.
5. Sift the cocoa butter and sugar into the milk and mix well. Of course, it can be replaced with other flavors, it's cool to play freely.
7.
6. Pour the isinglass powder into a small bowl, pour a little cocoa milk to soak, just submerge it. The soaked powder and the rest of the cocoa milk are set aside for battle.
8.
7. Beat the cream until it reaches 60%. It's a bit patterned, sticky, but still flowing. Put it in the refrigerator and prepare for battle.
9.
8. The cheese is softened at room temperature and beaten with a whisk until smooth. If it is not soft, it can be heated in water. Add vanilla extract and rum, slowly add cocoa milk in portions, beat well, and stun!
10.
9. The soaked fish gelatin powder is hydrated. Add the paste that has just been stunned, and beat it evenly. Roar ha ha!
11.
10. Pour in the whipped cream, use internal force and up and down to mix the cream and the paste evenly.
12.
11. Pour into the mold, shake it flat, put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
13.
Sprinkle a little frosting, coconut, and cocoa powder, and you're done! It can be destroyed!
14.
Grind some more coffee and a dessert. It’s cool.
