No Fried Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and cut them on both sides to add more flavor when marinated.

Add the marinated seasonings one by one

Mix evenly

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.

Use toast slices to make breadcrumbs. Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes (the actual time is based on the drying time). If you have commercially available bread crumbs, you can use it directly.

Take out the baked toast slices and let them cool, and crush them with a rolling pin (the video is broken with a wall breaker, but I think it’s too thin, it’s better to smash it)

Prepare fried chicken sambo: starch, egg liquid and bread crumbs

According to the above sequence, wrap the marinated chicken wings one by one and put them on the fried net.

Air frying oven, 190 degrees, air frying function, about 10 minutes, turn over halfway, and fry until cooked and golden on both sides.
