No Knead Nut Pack

The beer is poured out in advance to defoam.

Add sugar, salt, milk, and yeast in sequence, do not stir, sprinkle the yeast on top and wait for one minute for it to dissolve naturally.

Add salad oil, crushed nuts, and stir with a spatula.

To add high flour, I put a little oatmeal and stir from bottom to top with a spatula.

Stir until there are no dry flour particles, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, the dough has doubled in size. Use a spatula to stir and exhaust from the bottom up again. Cover with plastic wrap and continue to ferment for 1 hour.

Spread high flour on the mat to prevent sticking, move the dough to the top, press the air out with your hands, and fold inward from all sides.

The folded dough is placed in a rattan basket with the smooth side facing down, and then sent to the oven for fermentation.

Cut the mouth after 40 minutes and ferment for another 10 minutes.

Put it into the preheated oven, middle and lower layer, and bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Place the baked bread on the grill to cool.

Tips:
1. In high flour, a small amount of wheat germ, instant oats, whole wheat flour, etc. can be used instead.
