No Spicy, Not Happy-[fried Bitter Gourd with Hot Pepper]

1. Core bitter gourd and cut into strips.

2. Remove the seeds and shred the pepper.

3. Put the bitter gourd and stir-fry until browned without putting oil in the pot.
