Non-greasy _ Steamed Pork Belly

Wash the pork belly and put it in a pot of cold water. Add aniseed, ginger and cooking wine in the pot. Cook the pork belly. (Chopsticks can be easily inserted into the pork belly).

Cut the ginger and garlic into a bowl, pour the light soy sauce, sugar, and set aside.

Put the diced peppercorns and dried chilies in a small bowl separately. Set aside.

Pick up the pot, pour more oil into the pot, and heat it up.

Pour the hot oil directly into a bowl containing dried chilies and sesame pepper diced. After letting cool for a while, pour the chili oil and sesame pepper oil into a bowl with minced garlic.

Soak the remaining peppercorns in the bowl in hot water for a while, and then pour the peppercorn water into the bowl with the minced garlic.

Start the pot without oil. Pour all the contents of the small bowl with the minced garlic into the pot and bring to a boil.

The dip is complete.

Cut the cooked pork belly into slices, don't get too thin.

Take a large bowl. Cut the sliced meat and place it in a large bowl. Then put it on the steamer. After boiling, steam for 15 minutes.
