Non-spicy Version【twice-cooked Pork】

Wash the pork and boil it in water until it is 7 mature. Pick it up and let it cool.

Cut the cold pork into wide slices as thin as possible.

Tips:
Pork is best to buy large pieces and small pieces that are not thin enough and not wide enough.
