Noodle Dish Omelet

1. Prepare fresh noodle dishes.

2. Soak in light salt water for a few minutes.

3. Remove the noodle dish and rinse it several times.

4. Then chop.

5. Add five-spice powder to a deep bowl, beat in the eggs, and pour in a small half cup of water.

6. Sift in the flour.

7. Stir until there are no particles.

8. Pour oil in the frying pan, pour the noodles, cover the pan and fry on low heat.

9. Fry in a few minutes until golden brown on both sides.

Tips:

The noodle dishes should be tender, and there will be no gnocchi after sifting the flour.
