Noodles, it has a strong taste and unique aroma, I fell in love with it the first time I ate it.
Noodles are a very good health product, which is helpful for weight loss and beauty, and can prevent high blood pressure, diabetes, etc., isn't it great! And the noodles are relatively easy to handle, you can squeeze out various shapes, let’s get started

Noodle Fish in Sour Soup

1. Noodles ready

2. Add the same amount of boiling water, mix well and let cool

3. And then mix into dough

4. Then knead the dough into a long stick, like a rolling pin hahaha

5. Slice, and then everything into two

6. Then roll each piece of dough into fish. The above steps can be completed the night before. Put the fish in the refrigerator and cook the next day.

7. Prepare the side dishes I like, I mashed the tomatoes, I recently bought a wall breaker, I want to break everything when I see it hahaha

8. Put the garlic slices in the pot, add the tomatoes and bring to a boil

9. Pour in the side dishes

10. Put in the right amount of water and boil

11. Then add the fish, cook for four or five minutes, add soy sauce, salt, white pepper, and cook!

Tips:

1. Noodles can be made into various shapes, because they are particularly easy to operate, and they can use their imagination hahaha
2. It is enough to cook noodles for four or five minutes, don't cook it before, or it won't be strong
3. The soup base and side dishes can also be according to what you like, but sour soup is my favorite. I wish everyone a good appetite.
