Noodle Soup with Mushroom, Cabbage and Poached Egg

Remove the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms, wash with a cross knife, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, saute the onion, ginger, garlic and shiitake mushrooms

Add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, one spoon of cooking wine
