Noodles Ambush-lemon Vinegar, Lily, Honey Pear Soba

Prepare 1 serving of soba noodles

Boil under boiling water, remove, rinse with ice water, and drain

Put the lily in boiling water and remove in 3 minutes

One honey pear, wash
5.
Cut into slices with a knife and remove the core
6.
Sprinkle a little salt, usually squeeze the juice into the soup, generally set aside
7.
Mix the seasonings together and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour in advance
8.
Put the noodles in the soup, shred the cucumber, and put it on the noodles together with the lily and pear
