Noodles with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients: dried noodles, cucumbers, boiled eggs, tempeh sauce

Wash the cucumber and cut into thin strips

Peel the egg and cut it in the middle
4.
Put water in the pot and boil
5.
Put the noodles into the boiling water pot and spread them with chopsticks

The noodles are cooked until there is no white core
7.
Take it out and cool it with cold boiling water
8.
Drain water
9.
Scoop the noodles into a bowl
10.
Put in the cucumber shreds and eggs
11.
Add tempeh sauce and mix well and serve
Tips:
1. Put the noodles into the boiling water pot and spread them with chopsticks to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
2. Don't add salt if the tempeh sauce is salty.
