Noodles with Egg Sauce

Wash the onions and green peppers

All cut into filaments

Saute the onions in the frying pan first

Add green peppers and some salt, stir-fry and serve.

Take a small bowl and add sweet noodle sauce, bean paste, tomato sauce, peanut butter, mix well with water and mix well

Start the frying pan and put more oil than usual when cooking

Heat the oil and put in the beaten egg liquid

Add the sauce just mixed

Add some sugar, and stir-fry the eggs.

Add some chopped green onion and stir well

Boil water in the pot and add the noodles

Rinse the cooked noodles with pure water

Take an appropriate amount of cooked noodles and put it in the plate

Add onion chili shreds and egg sauce, mix well
Tips:
Put more salad oil when scrambled eggs with sauce! I like to eat spicy and sour noodles, and add seasonings to the noodles at the end
