Egg sauce, egg sauce is very popular in the summer, and the table with egg sauce is particularly lively. Whether it is eating cold noodles or side dishes, it is a must-have seasoning.
Yesterday was the summer solstice. As the saying goes, "Wonton summer solstice noodles in winter solstice"! Then come to a bowl of noodles with egg sauce!

Noodles with Egg Sauce

1. Wash the onions and green peppers

2. Cut them all into filaments

3. Start the frying pan and sauté the onions first

4. Then add the green pepper, stir fry, add some salt, fry and serve.

5. 3 eggs beaten

6. Take a bowl and add sweet noodle sauce, bean paste, tomato sauce, peanut butter, mix the sauce with water and mix well

7. Start the frying pan and put more oil than usual when cooking

8. Put the egg liquid after the oil is hot

9. Add the mixed sauce after the eggs are cooked

10. I also added some sugar and stir-fried, and scrambled the eggs.

11. Add chopped green onion and stir well

12. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the noodles and cook

13. Remove the cooked noodles and rinse with cold boiling water

14. Take appropriate amount of noodles

15. Add the chili onion shreds and egg sauce, mix well, you can also add some vinegar to mix and eat!

Tips:

Put in more salad oil, on the one hand, to taste better, and on the other hand, avoid the sauce from being fried too dry. When the eggs are fried, they are different from the previous ones that need to be smooth and tender, so try to make the eggs older.
