Noodles with Lard and Shallots

Peel and shred shallots.

Put water in the pot to boil, put the noodles into the boil.

Use chopsticks to disperse after boiling.

Heat the pot, add the lard and melt it.

Add the shallots and sauté until slightly charred.

Add green onions and sauté.

Pour in the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar and stir well, turn off the heat.

Add the noodles and mix well.

Just mix well.

In a separate pot, add a little oil to beat the eggs in, sprinkle a little salt, and fry them until they are cooked to your liking.
