Noodles with Minced Meat and Vegetables

Prepare the ingredients.

Shred cabbage leaves; peel and shred carrots; shred cucumber.

Add the meat to the hot oil in the wok and stir fry.

Add chopped ginger and chopped green onion, stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar and salt, stir well and cook for a while, then set aside.
