Noodles with Mushroom Meat Sauce

Wash the lean meat and cut into minced meat.

Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 1 hour in advance, soak them, wash and cut them into cubes.

Wash the onion and cut into small cubes.

Peel the ginger and garlic, wash and mince, wash and chopped green onion.

Take a small bowl, add 20g light soy sauce, 15g June fragrant bean paste, 3g dark soy sauce, 5g oyster sauce, 5g chicken essence, 3g sugar, 3g starch, 80ml water, stir evenly to make a sauce.

In another pot, pour boiling water, add the noodles and blanch them until cooked. The noodles are blanched and put in cold boiling water for a while.

After putting it in cold boiled water, transfer the noodles to a bowl.

Pour the fried meat sauce.

Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
The noodles will be more chewy after being cooked in cold boiled water, and they will not become a ball when mixed.
