Noodles with Mushroom Meat Sauce

Ingredients needed, soak dried shiitake mushrooms about half an hour in advance

Chop the lean meat into minced meat; the shiitake mushrooms are soaked and cut into small cubes

Flatten the shallots and garlic and chop them into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded shiitake mushrooms and fry until slightly yellow

Tips:
