Noodles with Mushroom Sauce

1. 100 grams of soda noodles, chopped ginger and garlic in advance, soak in boiling water, and prepare spicy mushroom sauce

2. Boil the water in the pot

3. Put the cooked soda noodles into the pot and cook for about 15 seconds, then they can be taken out

4. Put 1 g white sugar and mix well

5. Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of white vinegar

6. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic water, mix well

7. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

8. Add 1 scoop of shiitake mushroom sauce

9. Mix well

10. Chopped shallots

Tips:

If you don't have alkaline noodles, you can also use ordinary dried noodles and mix them after cooking. It will taste good too!
