Noodles with Mushrooms and Fungus Sauce

Prepare ingredients: soak the mushrooms and fungus first, blanch them with oyster mushrooms and pleurotus eryngii, slice shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and pleurotus eryngii, shred the fungus, and chop green onions.

Blanch the noodles and set aside.
